Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Minji Kim at mkim@ispa.org or a fax to 1 212 206 8603. The amount of refund varies depending on the time of cancellation as described below:

Registration cancellations received Eligible for 
By Friday, April 1, 2016 a full refund or credit less a 10% processing fee
From Saturday, April 2, 2016
through Wednesday, May 18, 2016
a 50% refund or credit
From Thursday, May 19, 2016 and
Congress no shows
not eligible for a refund or credit

Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Registration Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted. To make a substitution, you must provide written authorization by the original registrant sent by email to Minji Kim at mkim@ispa.org or by fax to 1 212 206 8603. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Substitutions may also be made onsite with written authorization by the original registrant.

ProEx Table Reservation Cancellation and No-show Policy

All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Ann Pattan at apattan@ispa.org or a fax to 1 212 206 8603. ProEx table reservation cancellations received after Wednesday, May 18, 2016 and table no shows will be charged a 50 USD cancellation fee.
