Asia Partner of GALERIE MITTERRAND and producer of YIN5, with 25 years of experience in arts management. During his 6 year stay in France, has specialized in arts administration and operations management for numerous cultural projects. Conducted in-depth research vis-à-vis art management in Paris, which influenced his vision in terms of cultural policies and administration activities. In 1994, he met Mr. Jean-Gabriel Mitterrand, nephew of former French President Francois Mitterrand, and officially initiated their partnership in the art business and public art management.

Hugo was the co-curator and producer of international, public art programs for the Shanghai World Expo 2010. He continues to organize international museum exhibitions in Asia and curating art and music collaborations; notably, the “YIN5 Platform” performance in collaboration with The Nature Conservancy.
