Those interested in presenting a new project to an international delegation of performing arts industry professionals should consider Pitch New Works Now. Prospective projects vary in discipline, scale, and country of origin.

Who Should Apply?

The application process for the Wroclaw 2013 June Congress is now closed.  Please read on to learn about who should apply for future Pitch New Works Now cycles.

Multidisciplinary and/or cross-cultural projects are particularly attractive to ISPA delegates, though all project types and applications will be considered. Prospective projects must meet one of the two following criteria:

  1. Be in development or have had minimal public exposure and will premiere within the next two years OR;
  2. Has recently premiered and has a potential for international touring

Applicants do not need to be ISPA members. ISPA welcomes all eligible applications.

A non-refundable application and processing fee of 50 USD is payable to ISPA upon submission of each application by non-members or members wishing to submit more than one proposal.  Selected projects will have the opportunity to "pitch" their new works at the next ISPA Pitch Session (to be announced).  See all terms and conditions within the application forms listed below. 

Language

Please submit all materials in English, or accompanied by English translations. 

Application and Selection Process

The application process for the Wroclaw 2013 cycle of the Pitch New Works Now Program is now closed.  To view an example of the past cycle's applications forms, download the forms here (Word | PDF).  Application materials should be submitted in English and ISPA regrets that the application materials will not be returned. Applications are reviewed by the ISPA Pitch Committee. 

In addition to the above application form, Pitch applicants are asked to assemble (1) all requested materials outlined in Section IV of the application in a single Adobe PDF document.
