In recognition of the importance of this international meeting, the rate for hotel rooms has been reduced from US$236 to US$195, plus tax, for reservations confirmed prior to October 30. This rate will be applied retroactively to reservations previously made at the US$236 rate.

ISPA has a large block of rooms reserved at the conference hotel under group code ISP (3 letters only) at a rate of US$195 double or single, plus tax (SEE NOTE BELOW REGARDING TAXES). Hotel booking is now open: delegates must make their own reservations directly with the hotel. It is recommended that reservations be made by fax so that all information is in writing. Please include guest name, arrival date, departure date, number of people/rooms, and credit card number, expiry date, card-holder name, and card-holder signature to guarantee your booking. You must indicate group code "ISP".
