Will the world economy produce only world culture?
Speaker: Dr Marilyn Waring, former NZ parliamentarian, a feminist
economist, a development consultant who has worked in more than
a dozen countries, a farmer and an activist for "female human
rights", Dr Waring is currently Associate Professor in Social
Policy and Social Work at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand.

Ethics Centre. Established in 1989, the Centre is an independent

Nomadlozi Kubheka, Director, Linkfest Art Promoters, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
and a leading advocate for African arts and the challenges faced
by developing countries in the face of globalisation.
Rhoda Roberts, member of the Aboriginal Bundjalung nation,
Wiyebal clan, was Director of the Olympic Festival of the Dreaming
in 1997, co-creative director for the Olympics Opening Ceremony
in 2000 of which, she was also Indigenous Cultural Advisor.
Well known for her work with SBS television as a journalist and
presenter for the current affairs program, Vox Populi, she has also
worked for Network Ten and ABC Radio as a producer and journalist.
