GROUP RATE
The below rates are per person (based on a group of at least 10 individuals). The rates include air travel, airport transfer, daily breakfast and land arrangement, and are based upon double occupancy at the Hotel Intercontinental.

Group Size:
The rates quoted above are based on a group of 20 traveling passengers. If the number of passengers drops below 10 people, depending on the circumstances, we would not be able to take advantage of Austravel's group discounts and they will have to re-cost the itinerary.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $150 per person is required to secure seats and lock in this fare. Airlines may change fares and taxes without notice until deposit is received.

Cancellation Fees
Please note that there will be a cancellation fee of $100 per person if the group does not reach a minimum of 10. (ISPA staff may travel on this package to supplement group size.)

Visas
All passengers traveling to Australia on US passports require a valid visa for entry into Australia. Visitors planning on traveling to Australia for less than 3 months may use an Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). The ETA fee is $10 per person. You must provide a photocopy of your passport at the time of booking.

Payment Methods
Austravel can accept a deposit payment by check, wire transfer and credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover). For final payments they can accept the above form of payments though there will be a reduction in the discount for Credit Card payments. For bookings made within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required at time of booking. For bookings made within 4 weeks of departure, this may be by credit card, cash or certified check only.

Travel Insurance
Austravel highly recommends travel insurance to cover their passengers against interruption and/or cancellation, delay or baggage loss, medical emergencies and travel accident. Coverage begins at $45 (depending on duration and value of the trip). This should be paid at deposit stage or before final payment. Please contact your Austravel sales consultant for a quote.

Exchange Rates
The prices quoted are all in US Dollars. Changes in exchange rates could affect the final costing but no additional charges will be incurred after final payment has been paid. Prices are current at the time of quotation.
