Top 10 Comments (random order):
We received many useful comments.  The most frequent comments are listed below.

  • Scheduling and clarity of schedule could be improved and sent ahead of time.  More local information, maps, travel information and logistics in advance – receiving it in the congress bag is too late.
  • The interactions with other ISPA colleagues, the authentic performances of Cantonese opera, and the keynote were great.  Having artists at the Congress throughout is good.
  • The formality of the dinner / settings meant that once seated, interaction with others was limited – breaking up the dinner / functions would assist in making exchanges between delegates easier.
  • Meeting new contacts remains “random,” and could be more structured – more social / free time.
  • Setup of Awards Dinner was not optimal for the event, though the view was wonderful. Also for an event in HK, would have preferred local cuisine for that event.
  • Provide clear information on what services various hotels offer – Broadband is important.
  • Some sessions ran out of time without proper opportunity for discussion and general questions from the floor.  Less time for speakers to 'present' would be good – and some of these presentations are 'off message.'   Less speakers – more delegate participation.
  • The opportunity to attend such an informative Congress & Academy has been the most useful experience. The opportunity to meet ISPA members & delegates, was the most enjoyable experience.
  • The Weather was the least enjoyable experience!
  • The ProEx and Pitch should be earlier in the Congress to enable delegates more time for follow up discussions.
