Coordinate front of house services and activities for all functions, including theater rentals, from time of booking to final event settlement. Oversee contract management of rental productions. Direct large volunteer usher corps. Solicit, negotiate, and coordinate main stage rental business. Coordinate and arrange artist transportation and hotel accommodations as needed. Administer scheduling systems. Supervise 2 FT and 2PT Event Coordinators.
