LAST-MINUTE TRAVEL TIPS:
- TRANSPORT
FROM AIRPORT: The best option is to hire one of our travel agent’s
private vans at $19.00USD PER PERSON, MINIMUM 2. Betanzos Travel, Tel. (5255)

date and flight number.
Of course, you can always take an authorized airport taxi (safe and reliable), which costs less, but you may stand in line depending on availability. - ATM’s ARE AVAILABLE throughout Mexico City, but be warned not to use "outside" machines on the streets, which re usually fraudulent. Go into banks, hotels or stores and use the ATM THERE. It is advisable to carry traveler’s checks rather than large amounts of cash.
- MEDICAL PROBLEMS: The hotels have in-house doctors on duty.
- SAFETY: Mexico City is no different from any large city. Do not talk to strangers, do not walk alone (especially at night) etc.
- SHOPPING: Best for "typical" tourism shopping is the ZONA ROSA, which is within walking distance from the Sheraton, and a short taxi ride or 10/15 min walk from Four Seasons. For "chic" stores, go to the POLANCO AREA, a taxi ride from both hotels.
Local transportation
During the congress, we will provide transportation between the various hotels and the sites where activities and events are taking place.

We are now negotiating with Aeromexico and other airlines to offer special
discounts for ISPA's delegates. As soon as we have this information we
will make it available to you through the ISPA's web page.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date are subject to a $25.00US
administration fee per room. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival
date are subject to one night Cancellation charges. If you do not show up on
the date of arrival, there will be a 2-night charge.
Cancellations must be made in writing to BETANZOS. Please see fax and e-mail data above. If on a weekend, please contact the hotel directly, jot down the name of the person who took your cancellation and then send BETANZOS an e-mail or fax with the cancellation details.
