2018 ISPA Award Recipients Announced

On behalf of ISPA’s Nominating Committee, the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) is delighted to announce the recipients of the New York 2018 ISPA Awards. The call for nominations resulted in more than 20 deserving nominations from around the world. With the Executive’s unanimous endorsement, the 2018 awardees are:
Distinguished Artist Award
Presented to artists who have made an outstanding contribution of talent, artistry, dedication, and service to the world of the performing arts:
International Citation of Merit
Presented for unique lifetime achievement which has enriched the international performing arts:
Patrick Hayes Award
Inspired by the legacy of Patrick Hayes, founding President of the International Society for the Arts Foundation, this Award recognizes an ISPA member in any stage of their career who has demonstrated transformative leadership in the performing arts:
The awards will be presented at a ceremony to be held during the New York 2018 ISPA Congress, Balancing Acts: Art, Community, and Leadership, on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the Times Center.
