Julia Glawe is currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of the Dance Division at IMG Artists.  Prior to joining IMGA in 1997, Julia worked with organizations including Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, the New York State Council on the Arts and the Twyla Tharp Dance Foundation.

She was a board member of Western Arts Alliance from 2001-2005, serving as its Vice President from 2004-2005, and in 2009 received WAA's Jerry Willis Award for artistic excellence and distinguished leadership.  Julia also co-chaired the Midwest Arts Conference in 2000.

Her undergraduate degree in theatre arts / dance is from Northern Illinois University, and Julia earned a MFA in performing arts management from Brooklyn College.

Maria Hansen was born and raised in Germany.  She lived in Canada from 1987 to 1995 and holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa.  Maria has worked in the performing arts for the past 20 years.  She was Fundraiser and later Executive Director of Opera Lyra Ottawa until 1995 when she moved to the Netherlands.  For 11 years, Maria managed the Netherlands Bach Society, a baroque ensemble she toured internationally.  In 2007, she became Managing Director of the Municipal Theater and Philharmonie of Haarlem.  Maria has been a member of ISPA since 1997 and is currently a member of the ISPA Board.  She lives with her Dutch-Canadian husband and three children in Haarlem.
