The Beneficiaries
ISPA is working hard to expand the diversity of its membership
to include representatives from countries that are currently not participating – without
their voices, we are not looking at the whole picture. In order to
assist those who simply can’t afford to attend, we’ve created
a Global Engagement Program to enable new members to join and attend
for at least
three years.
The Target
The target for this evening’s fun activities is to raise
$10,000 for this program. This would enable one or two representatives
from far-flung
countries to join and attend ISPA for three years. You will be able
to “pay
by pledge” this evening, and we will process payment later.
The Talent
Many of our members have hidden talents, and most are frustrated
soloists! This is your chance to share your (performing) talent with
your peers,
and have a blast! We want items of no more than three minutes that
can be performed in “cabaret” format. We’ll have lighting,
sound, and even a producer/director - and drinks! All talent (good
or less good) welcome.
Your Chair and
CEO and Congress co-Chair will break the ice ….
ACTION: Email your name, description of the item, duration
and technical requirements to jzietsman@ispa.org,
and we’ll be in
touch for more detail.
DEADLINE NOVEMBER 1.
The Auction
Under the enthusiastic hammer of a lively auctioneer, you can donate
items to ISPA to be sold at the highest bidder to raise funds for the
Global Engagement Program. Some ideas of the types of items you may
be able to donate:
