Theresa, What are the three adjectives that describe you?
Innovative, passionate, and adventurous!

What’s your favorite city in the world?
Theresa: There are so many cities to choose from and all for different reasons. New York for the fast pace and openness, Cairo for the sheer resilience of the people amongst the world’s most famous graveyard and Brisbane my relatively new home town where the creativity and ingenuity in the arts scene is refreshingly different from anywhere else in Australia.

Can you tell us the name of the life-changing performance that you either watched or participated in?

I thought about this for a quite some time and I don’t recall it being one performance but rather seeing many performances across the spectrum of the arts when I was growing up.

Certainly as an adult I have seen performances that still linger with me – Robert Le Page’s work Lip Synch, the work of James Thierrée and Compagnie du Hanneton,  A Disappearing Number by Théatre de Complicité, Phillip Glass & Patty Smith performing Allen Ginsberg Poetry, The Women of Troy & Tell Tale Heart directed by Barry Kosky, Roger Waters - The Wall Live Concert, the story telling of Sheela Langeberg, Nilaja Sun, the list could go on really. And it should go on.

I always attend a performance with the hope that I will be transported and certainly with the work I produce, this is the experience I’d like for our audiences.
