Meet ISPA's 2016 Dutch Fellowship Program participant Harmen Van der Hoek!
Harmen Van der Hoek
Business Manager, Club Guy & Roni
I work as a producer and advisor in cultural matters and have a Master of Arts specialized in Art Management at the University of Groningen. Currently I work as business manager at the international dance company Club Guy & Roni. With an output of more than 100 performances a year Club Guy & Roni is one of the more innovative companies for contemporary dance operating from the Netherlands. From 2017 on I will lead a unique interdisciplinary cooperation in the Dutch performing arts, between dance company Club Guy & Roni and theatre group NNT. This cooperation will innovate the Dutch landscape of performing arts by creating the first interdisciplinary ensemble of performers. I am also involved in organizing the cultural program of Leeuwarden European Capital of Culture in 2018.
We asked Harmen to tell us a bit about himself and anything else that he would like to share with the ISPA family. Check-out what he had to say:
ISPA would like to thank Dutch Performing Arts / Performing Arts Fund NL for their support of this important regional initiative.
