year, ten submissions are selected to "pitch” their new work in just seven
minutes to more than 400 performing arts professionals from over 40 countries. Learn more about Pitch New Works.
Leadership Development Programs
ISPA’s leadership development programs were created to provide emerging and mid-career performing arts professionals with the opportunity to expand their international networks by attending an ISPA Congress and joining the membership. Each year a group of 20 – 40 leaders are selected to participate. ISPA currently offers two leadership development programs: Global Fellowships and Regional Fellowships.
