ISPA ProEx
(the ISPA Professional Exchange)

Description
In response to exhibitor demand, we introduced a new format in 2002 to promote your business: ProEx, a professional exchange session providing our membership with opportunities for contact with potential business associates. In a relaxed, informal and intimate environment you will be able to network, establish new contacts, and maintain existing relationships.

We departed form the “shopping mall approach” to adopt a more informal networking, professional exchange model. Rather than being captive and waiting for someone to drop by a booth at an exhibit hall, you will have access to registrants prior to the conference through the Internet and can set appointments and meet the people you really want to meet all the way through the Congress. The dedicated ProEx session will be scheduled between other major congress sessions, to maximize attendance.

ProEx will provide all ISPA members with more access and potential visibility than the traditional exhibit hall marketplace. Whether you represent a large or small agency, access to all members will be equal. Our experience is that successful networking is generally done not only at the exhibit hall, but informally – at coffee breaks, between conference sessions, on busses, in hotel lounges and at dinner.

ProEx will-

  • Be a marketplace, but not in the traditional sense of “booth” displays.
  • Provide space for small table-top displays (approximately 3 x 3ft, or 1 x 1m)
  • Provide opportunities to meet and talk to other members, speakers and board members.
  • Provide an opportunity to meet the “Pitch” artists
  • Focus on exposure to new ideas, new product, new works, and new directions.
  • Provide ample space suitable for private discussions.

The ISPA ProEx, will include:

  • Business Café with buffet lunch stations and refreshments
  • Chairs/tables for private and group meetings.
  • Tables will be identified with name cards (one per company) for exhibitors who reserved a table
  • A common/general table for your season brochures and rosters.
  • A limited number of power outlets.

Delegate names and contact details will be available on the ISPA website following the early bird registration deadline, with regular updates thereafter. To get maximum benefit from ProEx simply review the attendees in advance and contact those you want to meet by email to arrange a meeting during the ProEx session. Delegate names will also be in the congress pack provided at registration.
