Charlie is the President & Chief Executive Officer of The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall, 2756 and 2630 seat concert facilities respectively in downtown Metropolitan Toronto staging 400 concert attractions per year and grossing $22M per annum.  Through two terms of directorships, Mr. Cutts was Treasurer, Secretary, and President of the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA).  

He received the Association of Cultural Executives (ACE) Award for Cultural Leadership in 2003 and Niagara University’s Cultural Management Leadership Award in 2007.  In 2004, Mr. Cutts received the Alumni Award from the University of Toronto at Scarborough as part of the ‘Great Minds’ programme “recognizing outstanding alumni who have made a significant contribution, or achieved considerable success, in their chosen field of endeavour”.

Currently Mr. Cutts is on the Board of Directors of Tourism Toronto, a member of the Artistic Advisory Committee of LuminaTO and on the Boards of the Pugly Awards, the Toronto Entertainment Business Improvement Association, the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Association and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
