David Baile is the Chief Executive Officer of the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) based in New York. Prior to joining ISPA in 2007, David worked in the arts in Toronto for 20 years in both management and consulting roles and in a variety of disciplines including contemporary dance, theatre, literary arts and music. For the 7 years prior to ISPA, David was the General Manager of Opera Atelier, an internationally renowned company noted for its period productions of baroque opera/ballet. Prior to this appointment, David was the Managing Director of Factory Theatre, a facility based organization committed to the development of new Canadian plays and playwrights.
In addition to Factory Theatre, David has enjoyed positions as the General Manager of Theatre Passe Muraille and as Executive Director of the Performing Arts Development Fund. Past consulting clients in Toronto include Dancemakers, Theatre Centre, Metropolitan Toronto Department of Culture, The Writer’s Trust, PEN Canada, Kensington Carnival, Caravan Stage Company and Artistic Fraud, RCA Theatre (St. John’s, NF). He holds an Honours B.A. in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario.
In addition to his professional involvement in the arts, David is also very active with volunteer positions including past membership on the Mayor’s Round Table on Arts and Culture (Toronto) and positions on the Board of the Toronto Arts Council (Chair of the Large Institutions Committee, 2002-2007), Opera.ca (Treasurer, 2002-2007) and OPERA America (2005-2007).

Taylor S. Harris is the Membership and Administration Manager at the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA). Prior to joining ISPA, he served as the Assistant to the Supervising Producer at the Entertainment Technology Center where he was on the producing team for multi-media entertainment technology projects. Taylor was the Festival Director for the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (Region II) which he was awarded a Fellowship in Arts Administration from The Kennedy Center National Selection Team for his work on the festival. During his graduate studies, Taylor completed an administrative apprenticeship at Esplanade - theatres on the bay; one of the world’s largest performing arts centers, in Singapore. Taylor holds a Master of Arts Management and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from Carnegie Mellon University.

Nicole Merritt joined the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA) as the Administrative Coordinator in September of 2011. Prior to joining ISPA, Nicole served as a Managerial Assistant at IMG Artists, the Cultural Events Coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University, as an Arts Education Programmer in Germany, as an intern in IMG Artists London office, and as the Operations Manager at the Northeast Iowa School of Music. Nicole holds a Master of Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a B.A. in Music from Clarke College. Outside of ISPA, Nicole currently serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Nouveau Classical Project, and is an active soprano performing with such groups as the Grace Choral Society..

Melanie Hopkins serves as financial controller for over 30 small businesses and arts organizations. She is also Senior Associate Producer for the New York Musical Theatre Festival, where she also serves as dramaturg and member of the reading committee. With Rob Shapiro she has produced Isaac Oliver's "He Who Laughs: Live" and "Cabaret Sauvignon." She is currently writing a book on producing musicals for Oxford University Press and developing an educational web series about theatrical production.
