Meet ISPA's 2018 England Fellowship Program participant Annette Corbett!

Annette Corbett

Having formerly worked for many years as a Legal PA for some of the top law firms in London, Annette was inspired by a lifelong love of the arts and a period of volunteering with Punchdrunk at Battersea Arts Centre to make change of career. After a year-long work placement with the decibel Performing Arts Showcase at Arts Council England, Annette studied for an MA in Arts Administration & Cultural Policy at Goldsmiths College, University of London. After graduating with a distinction she took an assistant role in the arts programming team at the Southbank Centre, working on high profile festivals such as Meltdown and Women of the World. Annette subsequently went on to specialize in fundraising, working first in the Higher Education sector at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance, and then as a Development Manager at Dulwich Picture Gallery, where she managed the organisation’s mid-level giving and patron schemes. Annette joined leading jazz music education charity, Tomorrow’s Warriors, in February of this year as their new Head of Development, where she is developing the organisation’s strategy for corporate support and fundraising from private donors.
