Arts Council to Roll Out Toolkit to Help Arts Organizations Understand Their Audiences

Friday, July 13, 2018   (0 Comments)

Arts Council England announced on July 5 that the Impact and Insight Toolkit, which is developed to help organisations understand how well their intentions for their work aligns with the experiences of their peers and the public, will be rolled out from September. Using the toolkit, ACE said organisations will be able to give “more persuasive evidence” to boards, potential funders and other partners.

The Toolkit will be available to all National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs) creating the possibility for whole sector innovation and data insight. There is no direct cost to them in using the toolkit and we will be providing assistance to the organisations themselves, including training and supporting the different ways to capture feedback, to lessen the administrative impact.

In Arts Council England's latest blog post, Owen Hopkin, the Council's Director of Audience Insight & Innovation, tells 10 things you need to know about the toolkit. Lear more about the Impact and Insight Toolkit on Arts Council England's website.
