Musician, manager, researcher and cultural producer, Land Planning Advisor for the Municipality of Quibdó, Representative of the Cultural Sector, Scholar of Law and Justice, holder of a Diploma in Administration of Management Models for cultural initiatives and projects (Universidad del Rosario), as well as a Diploma in Entrepreneurship for Local Development (Universidad de los Andes), a Diploma in High Government in the North Pacific (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana). Ramírez is an Advisor to Fundación Fiestas Franciscanas de Quibdó, a Founding Member of the think tank Centro de Pensamiento, Reflexión y Prospección para el Desarrollo del Chocó, Legal Representative of the company Gestores y Productores Culturales de Colombia SAS, Anthropology student with Emphasis on Ethnic and Cultural Rights (La Fundación Universitaria Claretiana).
