Teatro por la Identidad

Villamayor is a member of the managing committee for Teatroxlaidentidad (TXI) in Argentina, an actress, producer and cultural manager. Her training as an actress began in 1992, and has experimented with diverse aesthetic trends to date. Andrea holds a degree in production planning and management, development and production of theatrical events, cultural events and exhibitions. Her latest productions include executive production of Teatroxlaidentidad’s cycles and a special live TV show, as well as the overall coordination and production operation of programs at the National Ministry of Education, and the design and development of digital art workshops within the framework of the Sarmiento Ba – Conectar Igualdad program implemented by the Argentine government. She teaches the University course “Image and Communication” of the Bachelor program on Cultural Management at the Universidad Nacional de Avellaneda - Buenos Aires (Argentina), and has worked in over 20 plays, including: “Picnic 1955” by Diego Kogan and Solana Landaburu, “Vic y Vic” by Erika Halvorsen, “Manos Grandes” by Mariana Eva Perez, “La Foto, Estampas de un Baby Shower” by Araceli Arreche,” “Venecia” by Jorge Acame, “El Tiempo y los Conway” by John Boynton Priestley.
