Annette Corbett

Independent Producer
Annette Corbett

Annette is in the third and final year of her ISPA Fellowship. Having joined the programme as Head of Development for jazz music education and development agency Tomorrow’s Warriors, she then went on to work as a freelance producer and consultant, supporting organisations on strategy, fundraising, management and delivery.

Her experience covers a diverse range of organisations and roles, from the programming team at the Southbank Centre and individual giving at Dulwich Picture Gallery, to producing site-specific promenade theatre around the streets of Shoreditch and South London.

Annette is delighted to have joined Battersea Arts Centre in autumn as their new part-time Writer & Fundraiser. BAC is one of the most collaborative, innovative and influential arts centres in the UK, pioneering new models of working and creating which have been adopted and adapted by organisations across the country and beyond. She has a long-standing connection with BAC, having first entered the building as an audience member, and then as a volunteer steward, on Punchdrunk’s immersive production The Masque of the Red Death.

Annette intends to use her freelance time to continue supporting small organisations, producing shows and developing a project to engage with young people in her local community.
