Take Me Somewhere Festival

LJ Findlay-Walsh is Executive Producer of Mischief La-Bas a regularly funded organisation specialising in street theatre and outdoor art. She is incoming Artistic Director of Take Me Somewhere Festival, a city-wide contemporary performance festival in Glasgow, Scotland. The programme includes inspirational large-scale work from across the globe alongside artist development initiatives that foreground the work of Scotland’s most innovative artists.

Her previous roles include over 10 years as Senior Producer at the Arches, Glasgow, working across festivals, international touring and artist development. She has worked in Europe as Co-Curator of Plateaux Festival in Frankfurt specialising in live art. She is a Board Member of Articulation - Scotland's advocacy organisation for physical performance. She has held various advisory roles including panel member for FST's Producer's Award, the Fringe Brick Award, and Mentor through Federation of Scottish Theatre's Step Up programme.
