|Fellowship Participant - Pilar Santelices|
Cultural manager and creative producer born in Chile. With a degree in drama at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MA in Social Education and Community Development from Goldsmiths College University of London and MBA in Art and Cultural Management from Paris School of Business/IESA. Pilar has 14 years’ experience working in the fields of education, social and cultural development for different organisations in London, Paris, Santiago, Copenhagen and Bristol. As well as performing, she has directed and produced shows in Chile and Europe. In the last 4 years, her work has had a particular focus in the area of performing arts for young audiences. Pilar is currently living in Bristol where she runs Arkollectiv’, a platform that connects emerging Latin American creatives and performing artists with venues in Europe and the US. She also works as the Producer for Alibi Theatre, a British Theatre company that has been creating work for all ages since 1982.
