Judy Harquail

  Judy has over 30 years of experience working in the performing arts including organizational development, strategic planning, financial management, arts marketing, funding, and tour management, working in collaboration with an extensive range of arts organizations and arts professionals across Canada, the United States, and throughout the world.

Judy is the Director of Programs for Ontario Presents where she manages the Ontario Dances and Theatre Connects programs, the Audience Demographic Mapping program, and the Block Booking Program. In 2011 Judy produced the ISPA Congress in Toronto and produced the 2016 Toronto IAMA Conference.  She is the 2007 recipient of the National Arts Centre award for distinguished contribution to touring in Canada and the 2011 Sandra Tulloch Award for Innovation in Arts and Culture in Ontario.  


  Judy a plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des arts de la scène, notamment en développement organisationnel, planification stratégique, gestion financière, marketing des arts, demande de subvention et gestion de tournées. Elle a travaillé en collaboration avec divers organismes artistiques et professionnels des arts à travers le Canada, les États-Unis et le monde.

Directrice des programmes d’Ontario Presents, Judy est responsable des programmes Ontario Dances, Theatre Connects, Audience Demographic Mapping et Block Booking. En 2011, elle a organisé le congrès ISPA à Toronto et en 2016 la conférence IAMA de Toronto. En 2007, elle a reçu le prix du Centre national des Arts pour sa contribution exceptionnelle aux activités de tournée au Canada et, en 2011, le prix Sandra Tulloch pour l’innovation dans les arts et la culture en Ontario.
