Holly Sidford is President of Helicon Collaborative, a consulting
company that provides strategy development, program management, and research for
cultural organizations and funders. Holly has more than 25 years of experience
leading cultural and philanthropic organizations and is recognized for her work
in expanding access to arts and culture, enhancing support for artists and
building organizations’ strategic thinking.
Recent publications include Fusing
and Social, and Bright
Spots Leadership in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior Helicon, she was the founding President of Leveraging Investments
in Creativity (LINC), a ten-year national initiative to expand support for
creative artists, and she organized support for the research and planning
efforts that preceded LINC’s creation. Prior
to LINC, Holly was Program Director for arts, parks and adult literacy at the
Lila Wallace-Reader’s Digest Fund, and has held leadership positions at the
Ford Foundation, The Howard Gilman Foundation, the New England Foundation for
the Arts and the Massachusetts Council on the Arts and Humanities. Holly holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College
and a Management Certificate from Columbia University.
