Esther Charron is co-founder and president of Pôles magnétiques, art et culture, a consulting firm dedicated to arts management, production and programming in the arts and culture sector. As an administrator and musician, Esther Charron accomplished different mandates on national and international levels: strategic planning, management, negotiations, communications, and development. She was also a consultant for the Ministry of International Relations for many years. Her accomplishments as cultural attaché with the Délégation générale du Québec à New York has earned her public recognition and prizes. 2013 is the year of her stage return to perform as a pianist and actor in the production Norge by Kevin McCoy, a Theatre Humain and Theatre du Trident coproduction
Esther Charron est co-fondatrice et présidente de Pôles magnétiques, art et culture, une société de consultation spécialisée dans la gestion, la production et la programmation dans le domaine des arts et de la culture. Gestionnaire et musicienne, Esther Charron réalise des mandats de planification stratégique, de gestion, de négociation, de communication et de développement, notamment sur le plan international. Elle a été conseillère pour le ministère des Relations internationales pendant plusieurs années. Ses réalisations en tant qu’attachée culturelle à la Délégation générale du Québec à New York entre 1993 et 1999 lui ont mérité éloges et prix. 2013 a sonné son retour sur scène en tant que pianiste et interprète dans le spectacle Norge de Kevin McCoy, une coproduction Théâtre Humain et Théâtre du Trident.
