Which error message do you see above?

Error 1: "Registration Not Permitted"

Solution: Be sure to sign in to your Primary or Affiliate account

You might get this error message probably because you are signed in with your Organization Member Account (master account level) instead of Primary or Affiliate Account (sub-account level). Please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Click on “My Profile” at the top of the page.
Under the “Welcome” sign, select “Account + Settings” from the drop down menu.

Click on “Information & Settings” and then select “Primary/Affiliate Account(s)”

At the bottom of the screen, under options, click on the red arrow on the right to sign in as this account.

Note: You may view this account by clicking on the person icon, but no edits may be made unless you are signed in as this account.

Error 2: "Sign-in Required"

Solution: Sign in to your existing account or create one

You need to sign in to an account before registering for a congress. Create an account if you don't have one yet.

"But I don't know which account I should create?"

For ISPA Members If you have not set up a Primary/Affiliate account yet, follow the instructions here and add a Primary/Affiliate account to your Organization Member account.

For Employees at Member Organizations
If you are not designated as the Primary or Affiliate Account holder for your organization, you must setup an "Employee of a Member Organization” account in order to register. NOTE: This account must first be approved by ISPA staff. Please allow time for the approval process.

For Non-members
If you would like to attend the congress as a non-member, you must setup a "Non-member” user account in order to register for the congress.
