About ISPA - ISPA International Society for the Performing Arts

ABOUT ISPA

CEO Greeting

David Baile

Welcome to ISPA | International Society for the Performing Arts. We are a membership network of more than 500 leaders in the performing arts across 60 countries. What unifies the membership is the belief in the importance of global exchange and dialogue. Today, we are all dealing with challenges, and opportunities, that transcend political boundaries. We committed to creating an environment, and ecosystem, where all voices are welcomed and heard.

ISPA members include artists, performing arts organizations, independent creative producers, artist managers, festivals, funders, consultants and other professionals working in the performing arts who come together with the shared goal of strengthening the arts.

But what does that mean?

ISPA is:

  • A meeting place – we hold two Congresses every year – one in New York and one in a different global city. In addition, we hold a number of events every year in different regions
  • A resource for expanding your personal and professional network
  • Where you will learn about performing arts in different regions of the world
  • How you keep up to date on issues, challenges, and solutions from your colleagues around the world
  • About facilitating emerging, mid-career, and established leaders in their careers both locally and internationally
  • Stronger with your participation!

I hope you’ll join us as we launch the next 75 years!
