Getting Here
We know that planning international travel right now can come with extra questions, and we want you to feel at ease as you prepare for your journey. ISPA and New York are ready to welcome you. Standard visa and entry requirements still
apply, and we encourage you to check the latest guidance in advance. If you need supporting documentation or have questions along the
way, our team is here to help. Most importantly, we want you to feel confident that your travel is both possible and worthwhile—we can’t wait to greet you in person in New York.
Helpful Registration Tips
ISPA Members
- Each delegate that registers must sign in separately. If requested, the password reset will be sent to the email address associated with the account.
- Be sure to sign into your Primary or Affiliate account to register for the congress.
If you get an error message that says "registration for this event is not permitted by your member type", it is probably because
you are signed with your Organization Member Account (master account) instead of a Primary or Affiliate Account (sub-account). Sign out of any accounts and try again with your sub-account username and password.
Digital Members
- Please note that the member rate for a full pass (in-person) is only applicable to organizational members and star members. Digital members need to upgrade their membership to enjoy the in-person member rate.
- If you have already renewed, please contact us for assistance.

Ensuring the right of all members to participate without discrimination is one of the core values that ISPA upholds. ISPA does not discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, national origin, race, religion, age, and/or disability.
We are committed to making ISPA as accessible and comfortable as possible for everyone attending. Click here to learn more about accessibility at the New York 2026 ISPA Congress.
