The Association of Performing Arts Presenters (APAP) launched the third cohort for the Leadership Fellows Program, an individualized, applied leadership development opportunity for mid-career performing arts professionals. LFP is designed to empower and enable our field to reimagine itself through leadership. This program is not simply for those who want to do their job better, but for those who seek to transform the world through their work as an arts leader.
LFP has a 20-month arc, beginning with a five-day intensive session in summer 2017 at University of Southern California, followed by ongoing peer-based mentoring, annual gatherings and continuous engagement in an online discussion platform. Participants receive complimentary registration to the APAP|NYC 2018 and 2019 conferences.
Who is eligible?
LFP is for mid-career professionals from all aspects of the presenting industry who seek to advance their own leadership skills, add value to their work and organization, and make an ongoing contribution to the field of arts presenting. The program is open to artists, agents, presenters, managers, arts administrators, arts program officers and agents of social change.
The application deadline is Thursday, February 16. Visit APAP's website for more information.
