Arts Centre Melbourne has taken on the leadership in launching the Arts Wellbeing Collective, an initiative that studies how to improve mental and health in the arts industry. The initiative is a collaboration of organizations that share the same missions and Victorian performing arts workers.

Mission: To work together to promote positive workplace culture change in the performing arts.

As a pilot program, Arts Wellbeing Collective, will host statewide workshops, services, and resources specifically tailored to the arts industry to assist health, mental, and general well-being of a wider range of workers.
