Holland Festival The Netherlands Emily Ansenk (1970) is an art historian and director of the Holland Festival (the international performing arts festival) since September 2019. From 2008-2019 she was director of the Kunsthal Rotterdam. She was previously director of the private Frisia Museum, North Holland (1996-2008) and curator of the ING Collection (1995). As general director of the Holland Festival, Ansenk is responsible for both artistic programming and business policy. In 2024 she is a member of the jury of the Shakespeare Festival in Gdansk, and jury member of several other art grants and awards. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Maritime Museum in Amsterdam, chair of the Supervisory Board of Brutus Art Space in Rotterdam, and a board member of the Ron Mandos Young Blood Foundation. She is married, has three children and lives in Amsterdam.

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Hong Kong Paul Tam has served as Executive Director of the Performing Arts Division at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) since 2020. In this role, Mr Tam oversees a growing portfolio of venues, three by 2026, and commissions, produces and presents a diverse, international multi-arts programme at one of the world's largest arts and cultural precincts. Prior to joining WKCDA, Mr Tam was Executive Director of the Hong Kong Ballet, where he oversaw its strategic development, institutional advancement, brand-building, education and community outreach and international touring. Other previous key executive roles include Director of Marketing of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and General Manager of the Hong Kong International Literary Festival. Mr Tam was a Vilar Fellow at the Kennedy Centre for the Performing Arts. He is former Chairman and current Board Member of the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association, Governor of the Federation of Asian Cultural Promotion and Advancement Committee Member of the International Society for the Performing Arts. A pianist and composer by training, Mr Tam received a degree in Piano Performance and an MBA in Arts Administration from York University, Canada. Committee Members
