Visa Requirements

We know that planning international travel right now can come with extra questions, and we want you to feel at ease as you prepare for your journey. ISPA and New York are ready to welcome you. Depending on the country that issues your passport, you may require a visa to travel to the United States. Check the U.S. State Department's website to determine your requirements.

ISPA can provide a letter of invitation to support your visa application. Contact to request one.

We recommend applying for your visa as early as possible.

Registration Tips

All delegates must register individually using their own personal account — you cannot register on behalf of someone else or register multiple people under one account.
ISPA members: sign in with your Primary or Affiliate account, not the Organization (master) account. If you see "registration for this event is not permitted by your member type", sign out and try again with your sub-account credentials.
Don't have an account? Set one up to register, or contact to become a member.

Digital members register at the non-member rate. If you would like to upgrade your membership, contact for assistance.
Employees of a member organization must set up an "Employee of a Member Organization" account to register. Accounts from previous congresses remain valid.
As an employee of a member organization, you can become an official ISPA member for just $325 USD. Learn more and talk to your employer about adding you as an Affiliate Member. Not applicable to digital member organizations.

Policies

Registration Policies

ISPA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration to any individual who fails to abide by its Statement of Values. In particular, ISPA may refuse registration to anyone who fails to maintain a professional level of behavior, or is disrespectful or discourteous to any congress attendee or ISPA staff, or who has behaved in such a manner at previous ISPA events.

Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellation notices must be received in writing by emailing .

Cancel by October 31, 2026: full refund or credit less a 10% processing fee.
Cancel November 1 – December 18, 2026: 50% refund or credit.
Cancel after December 18, 2026 or no-show: not eligible for a refund or credit.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted. To make a substitution, you must provide written authorization from the original registrant by emailing . Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

ProEx Booth Cancellation

All cancellation notices must be received in writing by emailing . Cancellations received after January 5, 2027 and no-shows will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
