Angela Tan is the Executive Director of ART:DIS (Arts & Disability) Singapore, a non-profit arts organisation working at the intersection of artistic practice and cultural access for Deaf and disabled persons.

Through programmes across its three art centres, and partnerships with arts and civic partners, ART:DIS develops and presents work by artists across the visual and performing arts. Its work spans community education to professional practice, creating pathways for disabled artists to participate in and grow within the cultural landscape.

Prior to ART:DIS, Angela spent over a decade at the National Arts Council, working across programming and policy roles, from community arts engagement to Public Art initiatives. She holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and History of Art from Goldsmiths, University of London.
