Forrina Chen is Founder and Artistic Director of The A.S.K (Arts Space for Kids), Deputy Secretary-General of the National Base for International Cultural Exchange Research, and Co-founder of the China Center of the International Teaching Artists Collaborative (ITAC). With over 25 years of experience in international festival curation, production, and operations, she previously worked with the Shanghai International Arts Festival and has traveled to 52 countries.

In 2014, she founded The A.S.K to deliver high-quality arts experiences for Chinese families. It has since grown from 24 performances to over 600 annually across major Chinese cities, serving more than 600,000 families.

A proactive advocate for international arts education exchange, Forrina builds bridges for cross-cultural dialogue. She served as a juror for the Edinburgh Festival’s “Made in Scotland,” the first Chinese over 50 years, and as the first Asian juror for IPAY. She is a frequent invited speaker at global festivals and forums, and has represented China at international education summits.
