 Joey ChengProducer / Production Manager Joey is an arts manager and producer based in Singapore and is part of the programming and production team at The Theatre Practice. Her work spans programming, producing, production management, and partnership development, supporting projects from early concept through to execution and presentation. She works across a range of performance formats and presentation contexts, including site-responsive, promenade, and blackbox productions, and is particularly interested in projects that explore the relationship between space, audience, and storytelling. Her work often involves coordinating across artistic, technical, operational, and institutional stakeholders, and she is interested in how performances and arts programmes are shaped not only by artistic ideas, but also by systems, structures, and collaboration. Her portfolio includes projects such as Four Horse Road, Pickle Party, and Extinction Feast, and she has worked on a range of other initiatives, including being on the core team of the Singapore Theatre Green Book. Joey holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Political Science and Arts & Cultural Management) from Singapore Management University.
