Paul Tan is Chief Executive Officer at the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS), a charitable intermediary under the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY). During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked on the Arts and Culture Resilience Package to support livelihoods in the sector. For this, he was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Bronze).
