 Edwin WeeCreative Director, Co-Founder Edwin Wee is the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Decadance Co, a Singapore-based contemporary dance company known for its socially conscious and intergenerational work. Since founding the company in 2019, he has led the creation of multidisciplinary performances, community programmes, and international collaborations that balance strong aesthetic design with accessibility and social relevance. His works have been presented across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, building a growing international profile. Edwin’s practice is deeply invested in bridging generations, most notably through Decasilver, an ongoing movement programme for seniors that supports active ageing through creative expression. His recent works include The 11th Hour and Twelve White Chrysanthemums, with the upcoming 59:59 continuing his exploration of mortality, memory, and human connection. He is committed to expanding how contemporary dance engages diverse communities while maintaining artistic excellence.
