Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Minji Kim at mkim@ispa.org or a fax to 1 212 206 8603. The amount of refund varies depending on the time of cancellation as described below:

Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Registration Substitution Policy
Substitutions are accepted. To make a substitution, you must provide written authorization by the original registrant in the form of a signed letter sent by email to Minji Kim at mkim@ispa.org or by fax to 1 212 206 8603. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Substitutions may also be made onsite with written authorization by the original registrant in the form of a signed letter.
ProEx Table Reservation Cancellation and No-show Policy
All cancellation notices must be received in writing by sending an email to Ann Pattan at apattan@ispa.org or a fax to 1 212 206 8603. ProEx table reservation cancellations received after Friday, May 15, 2015 and table no shows will be charged a 50 USD cancellation fee.
