Australia Performing Arts Market Announces Program of its 2020 Gatherings

Friday, July 12, 2019   (0 Comments)

Australia Performing Arts Market (APAM) announced the program overview of its 2020 gatherings. Gatherings replace the previous biennial market event, increasing the number of APAM opportunities across Australia and forging international and national connections for contemporary Australian theatre, dance, emerging and experimental art.

APAM Gatherings will be held at different festivals around the country diversifying experiences of Australian contemporary performance. Gatherings enable national and international presenters to see Australian work in context and under ideal conditions: full-scale, full-length, with uncompromised production values, and with a public audience.

Gatherings for 2020 will be hosted at:

  • Asia TOPA (Asia-Pacific Triennial of Performing Arts) | Melbourne, Vic | 24–28 February 2020
  • Darwin Festival | Darwin, NT | August 2020
