This month we’re highlighting ISPA Fellow Kristelle Holliday, Executive and Co-Artistic Director of Théâtre des Petites Lanternes in Sherkrooke, Québec, Canada.

On June 18th, the company received the Hector Fabre Award by the Quebec Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie for the creation of Bongo Té, Tika which had been performed in the Democratic Republic of Congo between 2015 – 2018.

In Kristelle’s words, “The Prix Hector-Fabre is intended to salute the audacity and determination of internationally recognized individuals and organizations in Quebec for their significant contribution to the development of their region.” This marked the first time the award has been given to a theatre company in Québec.

Félicitations! Congratulations!
