Registration Now Open for Virtual Edition: 2021 ISPA Congress

Imagine the Arts

Virtual Edition: January 11 – 15, 2021

New York, NY, USA (September 21, 2020) – Registration is now open for the Virtual Edition: 2021 ISPA Congress, Imagine the Arts. The five-day congress is the first Congress to be held virtually, offering the opportunity to schedule programming across time zones with a combination of live-streamed and on-demand content. Representing different genres and disciplines within the performing arts field, more than 600 delegates from around the world are expected to attend virtually.

Congress Theme: Imagine the Arts

In 2021, we will explore the opportunities for the arts following a year of crisis, isolation, inequity, and realization. Highlighting the performing arts’ resiliency and innate creativity, we will reflect upon the sustainability of our leadership, practice, and environment. Empathy, values, social justice, and economy will be highlighted as we consider our future in this unchartered territory. Through our first fully virtual congress, let us imagine the arts and move forward, together.

“Under the leadership of co-chairs, Rebecca Dawson of Punchdrunk and Martín Inthamoussú of SODRE, the 2021 Planning Committee thoughtfully offers a dialogue that is relevant and timely given the current global environment.” said CEO David Baile.

Online registration is open through January 15. For more information on the Virtual Edition: 2021 ISPA Congress, visit www.ispa.org/congress_virtual21.
