 Celina ChinExecutive Director Dr Celina Chin holds a Prof degree from the Middlesex University, a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Management for Non-Distributing Organization, and a Diploma in Company Direction and Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance & Directorship from The Hong Kong Institute of Directors. She tenured her services in the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Festival of Asian Arts, Chinese Music Festival, Hong Kong International Film Festival, Hong Kong International Arts Carnival and was appointed as the inaugural Executive Director of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra Limited. She is well experienced in corporate governance, management of a non-profit-distributing organisation, strategic marketing and image building, as well as various event and performing arts business project management. She also serves as Council Member of the Board of the Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association, Vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Instrumental Music Association, a visiting professor and lecturer in Arts Administration in several music institutes.
