Elin is an experienced leader within the international performing arts, both from the art field and the governmental sector. With two academic degrees in fine arts as well as past as an Independent Producer, Managing Director and Head of International Affairs at the Swedish Arts Council, she has a wide professional background in the sector. Since 2020, Elin is CEO of Cirkus Cirkör, an internationally renowned contemporary circus company that explore all art forms and push boundaries and work in all parts of society through and with circus. Cirkus Cirkör has toured all continents except Antarctica. In May 2021 the world premiere of Cirkus Cirkör’s and Philip Glass’ circus opera Circus Days and Nights opened at Malmö Opera and was livestreamed worldwide.
