Helpful Registration Tips

ISPA Members

• Be sure to sign into your Primary or Affiliate account to register for the virtual edition of the congress.
  If you get an error message that says "registration for this event is not permitted by your member type", it is probably because you are signed with your Organization Member Account (master account) instead of a Primary or Affiliate Account (sub-account). Sign out of any accounts and try again with your sub-account username and password.
• Each person that registers must sign in separately. If requested, the password reset will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

Digital Members

• Please note that the member rate for a full pass (in-person) is only applicable to organizational members and star members. Digital members need to upgrade their membership to enjoy the in-person member rate.
• If you have already renewed, please contact us for assistance.

Employees of Member Organizations

• In order to register, employees of a member organization need to setup an "Employee of a Member Organization” account. If you have an Employee account from a previous congress, your username and password are still valid.

Did you know that as an employee of a member organization, you have the opportunity to become an official ISPA member for just 300 USD? Learn more about membership and talk to your employer about adding you as an Affiliate Member today!

Not applicable to digital member organizations.

Non-members

• If you would like to attend the congress as a non-member, you must setup a "Non-member” user account in order to register.
• If you would like to attend the congress as a new ISPA member, you must complete the membership application prior to registering. Become a member.

How to Purchase Carbon Offests

Flying in for the event? We encourage you to offset your carbon emissions!

The average participant flying to our New York 2023 ISPA Congress will emit as much as 2 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, so we've partnered with Native to purchase verified emissions reductions (VERs). By choosing to offset your emissions, you can help keep the planet cool!

Based on how many participants opt in, ISPA will offset that many emissions by supporting Native's project portfolio.
