After completing her education in the US, Elisabeth Hayes ventured to Paris, where she based herself for almost thirty years. She worked internationally in arts management, production, and programming until 1998, collaborating extensively with major creative artists in theatre (such as Giorgio Strehler and Peter Brook), music (including John Cage and Daniel Barenboim), and dance (with luminaries like Merce Cunningham, Paul Taylor, Pina Bausch, and Carolyn Carlson). Additionally, she partnered with prestigious cultural institutions such as Opera National de Paris, Teatro La Fenice, and Theatre des Champs Elysees, where she held the position of Secretaire General for eight years. Her involvement extended to major European and international festivals, including Baalbek Festival and Berliner Festspiele.

Following this rich experience, Elisabeth spent three years at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and thirteen years as the Executive Director of FACE Foundation in NYC. Subsequently, she returned to Europe, where she served as an active consultant and producer for international projects and collaborations, notably with the Teatro BIondo di Palermo under the direction of Pamela VIlloresi.

Elisabeth comes from a family with a deep connection to music and musicians.
