In the past decade, I've led Product Design innovation at Google, FinTech, and Startups, my mission is to create transformative, human-centered experiences that scale globally and deeply connect with people. Presently, I advise AI-driven startups with Crosscourt.vc, helping their portfolio develop Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions that adapt to user needs in real-time. This work helps startups build trust, create personalized experiences, and drive business growth through emotionally resonant design. I believe in combining behavioral science, empathy, and AI to create products that solve real-world problems while fostering psychological safety and pro-social behavior. My work has taught me that self-interest and greed destroy the world, but shared goals and cooperation can save it. This principle informs everything I do.
