As Managing Principal, Jon leads AMS’s operations while supporting clients undertaking facility development and strategic and business planning. He is assisting the Women’s Leadership Center in Wisconsin as they construct their campus, providing owner’s counsel to Northlight Theatre in Evanston, Illinois, and leading strategic planning for South Coast Repertory. Recently completed projects include counseling Gulfshore Playhouse as they constructed their $72 million performing arts center, and strategic planning for The Old Globe, ZACH Theater, Steppenwolf Theatre, and the Pittsburgh CLO, as well as facility feasibility studies in Jacksonville, Illinois, Panama City, Florida, and Dothan, Alabama.

Jon was previously the Head of Production Operations for Category41, an immersive and experiential entertainment studio in Los Angeles. Jon worked at Writers Theatre in Chicago for 15 years, as General Manager and Managing Director, where he led the design and construction of the company’s $34 million theatre center designed by Studio Gang Architects.
